People there are helpful and actually know their shit. It is a bit further from me than Home Depot, but I avoid Home Depot like the plague if I can. Lowes is a good second place.

So what did you get? I cleaned gutters for the first time this weekend and am going to need some better tools.

I got a new weed whacker, some mulch and some other garden related stuff. Nothing serious. I’ve got some other projects coming up and will make a trip or two back soon. I’ve got an unfinished basement and some cracks on the walls down there that need to be sealed before I have it finished.

Cool man! I've got to change my string on my Craftsman and get a new battery. The one I have isn't holding charge long at all.

I've gotten into the gardening thing this year myself. With all this food shortage bullshit it's half past time everybody start growing their own food.

We're small time preppers and have lots of canned goods and non perishable but I need my veggies. Planted an apple tree last month. It seems to be doing okay.

Have a lot of stuff to get done around here too. Enjoy!
