Definitely takes longer but I can come a couple times now in one romp, whereas not so much when I was a much younger man. Everyone’s different. As for load, seems a tad bit thicker than the old days. Still got an active sex life though and the wife and I have been together 28 years. Make the time though to keep the fires burning, especially if you have kids.

Forget viagra. The content or volume of cum isn't a concern. For the typical older guy the problem is penile insensitivity. After a half hour of intercourse it is more likely the older guy who is faking an orgasm. It does not help that the typical partner of an older guy is likely a woman who has shot out a couple of kids and who probably has to lube up for sex.

For older guys, semen quantity isn’t the issue so much as semen quality. It doesn’t matter for most guys over 45 as they aren’t usually looking to conceive, but I had a patient a year ago who was 49 who just married a 26 year old Filipino woman. He obviously wanted to consummate that marriage and have kids with her. As someone else noted, it takes longer to climax and also “reload” after ejaculation.
