Russia is an empire. Russia isn't a place that Muslims chose to come to. It is a place where Muslims existed in certain geographic areas and the Russians came in and took over.
A good analogy is what is happening in Oklahoma. The white Oklahoma government is all bent out of shape because of the sovereignty claims by the nations in the state, forgetting that those nations existed within that territory and exercised that sovereignty before the state of Oklahoma was formed.

We shouldn't trust or give Putin much opportunity to hurt us or our economy.
OTOH Ukraine, while a weapons client of private defense, they are not really our pals either. Their recent revolution was spearheaded by actual Nazis. Read up on Stepan Banderas, Svoboda and the Azov Battalion.

Wrong! The injuns were forceably relocated to Oklahoma and then, under treaty, given autonomy over their "nations". They were never consider not part of the US, just autonomous. What the whiteys did was then to take most of the territory that was promised by treaty to be included in the injun nations.
The issue isn't whether the injuns were there first. That doesn't matter to anyone but white, brain-dead liberals. The issue is whether the government broke the treaty, which it most certainly did.
