I’m convinced Michael Josef Basl actually wants to be in jail

He wants to live there. It’s the only explanation for his criminal behavior.

He absolutely hates jail. If he wanted to stay there he wouldn't try to get bond.

He just wants to keep harassing people because it gives him purpose in life. He has literally no reason to live. Stalking and harassing people give him that.
