No, they didn't. "Democrats" don't have that authority. State legislatures, and to some extent state courts do, although state courts only have the authority to interpret and implement voting laws. Arizona and Georgia have republican governors and republican controlled legislatures.

Democratic Party operatives in key positions of power did that. It was generally illegal, as they did not "change the law", but rather changed the rules specified by the law. (That's not "change" the law, that's just "break the law".)
And most people in the country (including Democrats and Independents) think that is what happened. (Along with other varieties of voting fraud.)
I think that. On the other hand, I tend to think the election might have come out the same, anyway. Because Trump fucked up his campaign and image in the latter days of the election season. He made it seem like he all the sudden didn't care about the people.
His sincerity in caring for the people is what got him elected. And he followed through as best he could, and did accomplish some significant things, even with the total constant sabotage from the media and from the Democrats/Russians and deep state. Too bad he wasn't able to get health care fixed or finish the wall. But he did a lot for the economy, and blacks, for example. He wasn't perfect on the COVID thing, but he didn't do worse than Biden or Hillary would do. He got us the vaccine. And then, after that, he went and just fucked up. Maybe he was too worn down or something but he fucked up.
And so he lost a lot of votes that way. Probably enough to lose, even without the voting corruption. Which did happen.
I hope he does not run again. He needs to hand over the party to someone who is not controversial.

A lot of states loosened the restrictions on mail in ballots due to COVID.
Did it make it easier to cheat?
Yes, for both parties
Is there any proof?
No, and when Trump's lawyers went to court they made no effort to show evidence because they had none

No, but it doesn't mean the GOP didn't cheat either
