Federal Judge strikes down last Xiden mandate: federal employees don't have to get the jab

A federal district judge in Texas has issued a nation-wide injunction that prohibits the federal government from enforcing their vax mandate on federal employees. That was the last mandate to fall. The other 3 have already got nationwide injunctions from other courts.

This is good news. Texas is 5th circuit, which is one of the two most conservative appeals circuits. This will have to go to SCOTUS for resolution because the 5th circuit court of appeals will almost certainly uphold it if they stay true to form.
