Imagine posting your own business online and it getting used against you in court later

Imagine handing over evidence to the prosecution, by impersonating someone else who had a protective order against you.

Imagine thinking your current protective order holder was actually in communication with one of your past protective order holders, when in fact; they actually never were. Then, coming on here and posting evidence of your continued stalking and harassment of him as well.

Joseph skinner aka Jojo Summersign isn’t a user of this site and has never even heard of it. That registered user name is actually Michael Josef Basl impersonating mr. Skinner. By doing this, Michael is guilty of identity fraud as well as computer fraud. More computer crimes by Michael and more evidence provided by Michael himself.

I agree with everything you said but it's just impersonation. It's not computer or identity fraud.

He'd have had to have used his real name for it to be anything and I don't think even then it's actually against the law, no crime was committed with the name.

Perhaps towards basl himself there was lol. He just helped the prosecution's case by providing information that shows other people have had to or tried to get protective orders against him.

In a lot of cases involving misuse of a computer, a judge will order the defendant to never access or use a computer as part of the sentence. I’d argue that’s what needs to happen in Basl’s case, but we damn well know Michael would never be able to do that. He’s addicted to the internet and stalking/harassing people on them.

He should be never be allowed to post on this site. He only uses it to harass people.

And he can never use that eesh name on Reddit. It would literally kill him. He beats so much about some imaginary internet points he has on there or something. That would probably drive him to suicide lol.

So, the victim needs to request those two things as well as jail time, probation, ankle monitor and inpatient mental health treatment.
