No, she isn't important. Hopefully in the new decade people will shy away from all this superficial media coverage, reality shows, Perez Hilton....etc.

is it wrong that i thought you meant the bootloader(LILO) was sandboxed (jail) from the title? btw, it was confusing because you cant jail LILO.

Yes, that's wrong on so many levels. Although Lindsey Lohan (LILO) may very well get bootloaded (ass kicked) while in jail.
