Even though I am a Dem, I admired how he was the ONE GOP candidate with the sense NEVER to have his pic taken with Josh Duggar.

They are recovering very quickly thanks to the guy assigned to bring the GOP back to life - he's doing an amazing job - keep up the great work Joe Biden.

The republican party will most likely be replaced by another party. If you look at why parties have failed in American history Trump is text book classic.

You are correct about the GOP (as we have known it) is in its death throes. However, please explain your observation about Trump. Every time in the past that a party has died, it was due to issues (usually just one big issue) such as war, slavery. Minor parties come and go based on cult of personalities, but has a major party's demise ever had to do with a person?

Trump did everything he could to overturn the 2020 election results.
You don't think there was a cult of personalities to help?

Are you the poster who said that "Trump is text book classic" why major parties have failed? If so, what do you mean by that? The post above doesn't answer that question. Major parties fail because enough of their base moves to a new party, always due to a disconnect between the party leaders and the party base. That is why the GOP will fail. Trump now represents the GOP base much more than the establishment GOP leaders do. Is that what you meant? If so, then I agree. But Trump is "why". Trump is just who the GOP base is rallying to. Not because he's Trump. Because he represents what they believe in more than people like McConnell and McCarthy and Cheney and Bush do.

Nobody is rallying to Trump after the 1/6 attack on Congress and the US Capitol. The GOP just doesn't have the balls to kick Trump to curb because Trump probably says he has dirt on every congressman.

Trump M.O. has always been mafia threats. Just Trumper trying to run Biden's bus off the road.

Somebody in the republican needs to bring back family values instead of prostitutes and grabbing pussies.

Trump also represents that it is A-OK to act like a whiny little bitch when you don't get your way. No, "let's agree to disagree" with him. If you don't walk in lockstep, you are flamed until the cows come home. He is also a sore loser. The GOP will go down as long as they continue to pawn those negative behavior patterns off as patriotic.

Trump is like poison. He is the snowball going down the mountain that eventually creates and avalanche.

The most dangerous part about Trump is he base that is so cracked out on Trump they are willing to attack the US government building. Trump has united all the white trash and inspired them to punch and kill if necessary.

Walking around the US Capitol chanting hang the republican Vice President? Insanity.

I'm sure Trump will run again in 2024. It will be another shit show of an election. Trump will do the exact same thing and Trump supporters will be more violent this time.

Trump up 13 points over Xiden in latest Rasmussen Poll. You are a member of an ever-shrinking minority who believe Xiden is better than Trump or doing anything other than fucking up royally. And I don't want Trump to run again. He did what he needed to do....open the eyes of the white and asian middle class to how fucked up the system is against them. Time for someone else to take the reigns.
