Remember this guy? He charged Rittenhouse while holding a 9mm. Rittenhouse responded accordingly. He protected himself.

The media portrayed him sympathetically when he is actually a violent criminal.

It doesn't matter how horrible and of his victim were. He didn't know ANY of them and he still shot them. This guy could have been an astro physicists for all he knew at the time.
Rittenhouse went out looking for people to shoot and that's what he did.

Stop trying to justify murder by the character of his victims.

Rittenhouse retreated many times. The first guy shot tried to charge him and grab the gun. The second guy rushed him (followed by a mob) and tried to brain him with a skateboard. The third guy pulled up with a 9mm in his hand.

Rittenhouse showed a lot of restraint. He was not a random or wanton shooter.
