My iPhone fell in water

Yesterday my iPhone fell in the water, everything is fine except for the speaker. Is it possible it will dry completely and work as usual?

Most likely it will work as usual. You can try leaving it in a bucket of rice for a few days. Don't turn on the phone and don't charge it. In order to get rid of water from the speaker, install water eject app. For example, Clear Wave helped me a lot. If nothing helps, go to the repair service.
