Seriously I have never used the real N word here, but I see it as a very old American commonly used word covered by the 1st , if cops want to bust on people for that word they must bust on the other side that calls whites all forms of filthy names starting with mother which is alright with me too as its also covered by the 1st. I also feel federal "race crimes' are unconstitutional as all sides have the right not to like others ,its a basic human nature , its actual adverse actions taken against people that are the criminal wrongs, additionally state laws cover maiming , physical attacks, rape , murder of others and all that people do to one another due to their racial hate or spite of another . The federal government has overstepped their constitutional authority in passing "race crimes" some day I feel the high court will rule such is true as the federal race crimes are already addressed under all states laws thus states rights and laws of states must apply .

If words alone constitute a race crime then Virginia must change the laws as it has been held that words alone are not enough reason to commit violence against another, thus no words are strong or dirty enough To remedy this the state law must contain language that mere words may be fighting words and violence may be committed on persons using such words, think that will fly . No it wont! Words are words not matter how vile or foul and physical actions are physical actions

That two years ago once Democrats took control of the Virgina general assembly and had the governors office when they threated to unconstitutionally confiscate Virgina's lawfully owned firearms protected by the 2nd amendment .

The huge majority of this states police , county Sheriffs and boards of supervisors and town councils stated that their counties would be second amendment sanctuaries , if Democrats passed any such acts against the law abiding people they would not uphold them, leaving enforcement to the state and federal police, one sheriff who still holds office in high esteem by his constituents said he would deputize and exempt from any bans all law abiding citizens who owned the firearms Democrats wanted to ban without any type of reasonable regulations considered which the high court has repeatedly ruled must occur with the constitutional rights of the American people.

The Democrats response was to hold illegals above US citizens by stating their Democrat controlled counties would be illegal sanctuaries violating US immigration laws of the land for a future vote by harboring illegal aliens

Its true ! Democrats place illegals who have entered the US illegally , above the entire American people as Democrats support foreign nationals above US citizens and legal immigrants who had to wait in the legal immigration line lawfully to get in to the USA!
