Getting held without bail isn’t a violation of one’s right to due process. It’s perfectly legal if a judge views them as a flight risk or a threat. Due process even gives them a chance to argue against those judgments before the court.

A DA’s office runs like clockwork arraigning people arrested for crimes. There’s no way they’re still sitting in jail without formal charges. No way this is true. Even if they refused counsel the court would just assign an attorney to see that they were processed into the system, and that would happen so fast the dumbasses wouldn’t know what hit’em.

There are camera images and some video of the people breaking into the Capitol. Nobody disputes this video. There are people being arrested from the video.
None have been anything other than a supporter of the former president.
