Problem is: the government NIST also calls it a scam and Energy Star says they've never inspected or approved such a thing !!!

Only a solar hugger would know what a PF reducer is and buy one of these - I would guess - since solar has "a PF dial" on it.

that type of pirate products that only according to they are connected in the direct current are very false I think a battery chargers from renogy would be better for you to start saving electricity, especially that it is a simple way to occupy the things you need and that do not take your hair anymore is one of those things that is a bigger problem.
