Bag of Nails bowels

Hurting this morning. Think my bowels experienced a bag of nails. Really hurt on the toilet and afterwards. Not sure what caused this, but would like for our experienced people to weigh in.

I was waiting at the front door of Roy Rogers when they opened up this morning. Got two sausage egg and potato platters with four biscuits and two side orders of sausage gravy along with a large diet coke. My bowels are processing it nicely!

Dehydration. Lack of fiber in your diet. Eat edamame, almonds, and some light soups for a few days and you'll feel a lot better. Drink plenty of water too. Avoid cheese. Especially "hard" cheeses like Swiss. Avoid red meat unless it is in mashed or blended pate form.

Just got back from Golden Coral. It is amazing how much food you can get for one low price. I had several plates loaded with sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage gravy and about 15 strips of bacon. Washed all that down with diet Pepsi. My bowels are working overtime on this one!
