Bowels Bubble Guts

At my work desk, the fumes from my bowels are obnoxious. I feel sad that my colleagues have to deal with this. Hoping a clearing out in 10 minutes or so will decrease the problem.

I experience a lot of pain in my 60s. Used to just hit it and done. Now hours of pain and time on the toilet.

Does the pain cause your toenails to crack and dig into the bathroom floor tile?

Are there midwives present in the bathroom to assist?
