Bowels and Bloating

Bloating is caused by irritated bowels. My bowels lately haven’t been cooperating. Despite good healthy foods they continue to be a nuisance.

I had a couple baked potatoes left over from last night so I cut them up this morning and fried them in bacon grease. I served them with a pound of cooked bacon and 6 scrambled eggs. My bowels can take it!
