* master was journeyman + 4 yr pro

so i went and did a quick check on NVCC / government college system for one trade / field

* they offer only few of 12-15 courses they say need to be completed for certification !!

* the few courses are offered ONLY AT ONE CAMPUS

* an illegal alien is the only one who teaches the few courses !!
