Head of Lettuce Down the Drain

I eat a head of lettuce. Then it becomes 3 times it’s size as it rolls through to my bowels. Food is a lot like making a snowman. You start with a little snowball roll it and make it big. Even eating healthy as I did left to straining and crying as the tears down my cheeks and tears of cheeks really hurt.
