Breakfast and bowels

So much for the doctor’s recipe. Raisin Bran, grapefruit, and green tea with orange juice created a logjam. I do not understand why these medical folks are from another century. How much must my bowels hurt?

I called out sick today and am getting ready to head over to 5 guys for three large burgers and a large fry. my bowels will have to be on their game for that!
