The FBI profilers say that Sylvanna hates her homosexuality and prowls the roads looking for targets. Once she finds her target she and her brother/assistant (suspected to be one Carlos Ace DeJesus) offer their victims an undetermined sum of money in exchange for a romp in the garden of delight. Once inside the van the two suspects rape and pummel the victim and cut off his member, leaving him to bleed to death. It is thought that the member is only cut off and taken as some kind of trophy. Authorities are also looking in to the possibility that Sylvanna Faye Bocook was responsible for a slew of disappearances of both men and women along Route 29 going through central Virginia in the mid 90s up to early 2000s

This checks. Recall in 2015 when Sylvanna was in part responsible for TJ’s temporary disappearance. TJ is fond of older, overweight women with low self-esteem.
