I live in Texas. And the distances that I can travel in a week are very long. For me, comfort and safety on the road is important at any time of the year and in any weather. My choice is an SUV. Modern SUVs give more confidence than other class cars. Even if you compare defender vs bronco https://broncodrive.com/wrangler-vs-defender-vs-4runner-vs-bronco/ or other SUVs, you can appreciate their reliability. Broncodrive has the most recent news and usefull information about new Ford Bronco and other advanture and off-road SUVs.

Ive owned both, for hauling people and stuff nothing beats a WAGON. For driving a sedan is best. SUVs are ok for those but their only real value is high clearance off road. Few owners ever need or use this feature.

Electric minivan is the way to go. Less likely to get jacked or stolen. Police will never pull you over if you are black.

These days you can get a Chinese made motor scooter for a very inexpensive and great mileage. Easy to parking and you can drive passed traffic jams easily on the side.

SUVs handle like shit and tip over. Towing is generally the only actual reason to get an SUV. Most of them suck off road. Get a fucking car or station wagon (Forester is not an SUV no matter how hard they try to say it is).
Off road get a 4Runner or Land Cruiser
Towing - any beast will do Id go Expedition or Suburban
Beach 4 wheeling any POS suv will work
Dogs + Big Family = Surburban XL

I prefer off-road vehicles. These cars are more reliable on the road. I am especially calm when it comes to rain and snow. These cars will always hold the road.

An SUV is more practical with a better ride quality, higher ground clearance, and more space in comparison to a sedan. And if you are looking at long-distance driving, particularly on bad or broken roads, an SUV can be a better alternative out of the two. On the other hand, sedans offer better performance and a smoother ride on highways and city roads. I'm currently driving Kia Sportage and I'm pleased with it. This SUV is great for traveling and camping. By the way, Kia Motors Finance site allows to apply for credit now, so you don't need to waste time at your dealership. It is very convenient.
