he acts like an ass to the cop who pulled him over in the earlier time as well

but did he learn ?

HELL NO !

his current pull over, he still had temp tag in tinted window
he also had a loaded gun right next to him
when officer tries to get him out of car, he starts trying to slap him away

he is lucky as shit, the cop had presence of mind NOT to shoot his dumfuq ass

Driver is a stupid fuck, still didnt deserve to be sprayed. He either plays dumb a lot or is genuinely a big dope.
