Nope. Most likely outcome is a hung jury. The judge is sending signals he thinks there is enough to convict and does not want to give the defense grounds to reverse a conviction on appeal. It isn't about the evidence though. It is the effect of the evidence on the jury. In general it is very difficult to get a group of 12 random people and not have at least 2 or 3 who will be inclined to let the officer off.

Not guilty indeed. Prosecution did a shitty job. CNN will be very happy with this outcome as riots will ensue.

George Floyd had NORMAL oxygen levels in his lungs...this means NO BLOCKAGE OF AIRWAY...Floyd was able to pull oxygen into his lungs with no problem

George Floyd had at least 3 TIMES DEADLY level of fentanyl in his blood...breathing stopped due to drugs this means his lungs and heart stopped due to fentanyl

Chauvin unfortunately was kneeling on someone who was already dying but since his duty as a cop is to protect self and others first and take care of suspect secondly, he is INNOCENT of manslaughter let alone murder

Nope. There's plenty of evidence from which a jury could find murder. The 2nd degree murder statute in MN, which I'm sure you haven't read, says:

"whoever causes the death of a human being with intent to effect the death of that person or another, but without premeditation" is guilty of 2nd degree murder. The evidence for that is that Chauvin, knowing that Floyd was no longer responding, moving, breathing, etc. kept his knee on Floyd's neck for another 3 minutes.

Seriously, you could make a case for 1st degree murder, which is premeditated murder. Chauvin could have formed his intent while he had his knee on Floyd's neck. Prosecutors probably didn't want to go there and be accused of overcharging him.
