holy crap. this is a pet peeve of mine, people who dont know how easy it is to loose weight. seriously, it's not a secret. get off your ass and exercise for an hour or two every day. exercising for <30 mins will not help you loose weight. be sure to drink both water and something with sodium or you will die like a retarded cop from DC. i suggest you drink gatorade or powerade. you can alter your diet but generally this will ramp up your metabolic rate so your body consumes fat, what you are looking to loose. dont be surprised if you dont loose weight immediately because chances are you are building muscle and burning fat at the same time which will make you thinner but you weight will not drop dramatically. fat burning drugs will help you loose weight at the cost of years on your life, they burn up your kidneys. all the diets you hear about are either not healthy or just going to make you hungry.
bottom line: exercise. it's that fucking easy.
