THE ANSWER IS to prevent democrats from ruling supremely at the top of a gov. org. who controls editing of material (in the 70's one might prevent supreme ruling private industry - mostly non-existent in the 2000's).

THE ANSWER IS VOTING ON PAGES, UP DOWN: voting as to whether page answers it's topic, voting on whether sub-topics need to move to their own page. That should cover it.

I had the above advice on wikipedia.

I was deleted by some european wikipedia maintainer.

IN NOT TOO LONG, YOU WILL SEE, IT WILL BE CHINA OWNING AND MODERATING, via some back doors in government funding.

Two is not bad it SHOULD BE good.

But it's more likely it will end up one is a rat king and the other is controlled by the rat king, the other lies about being competition.

OSes (and popular software projects too) used to have a CONTRIB/ folder where anyone could submit contribution

* network cards at one time came with source code for drivers in the box: no more. people began expecting video cards did the same. no more.

* software used to take efforts to be safe and reliable. no more.

* hardware used to be taken off the USA market if it had known chinese penetration flaws reported by IBM. no more.

what government funding can do is put very bad people in high places they shouldn't be in
