Trump's distribution plan was let the each state figure it out. That worked as well as people ordering from WISH off the internet.
Biden plan handles delivery to each state using military, UPS, FEDEX and Amazon.
It reduces the time to the distributions centers by 75%. It also assures that the vaccine in getting distributed evenly.

Where do you live where the shot hasn't been available? Everyone I know who wanted it got it. Nobody wants it though. It's readily available at every pharmacy within walking distance from me.
