do people who use facebook get offended when you tell them you haven't logged in to facebook in five years?

It seems like there are a lot of people who quit facebook, and a lot of people who still post every day. I compromised and just stopped looking at it five years ago. After college, I didn't really meet anyone new to add, and it seems like people do activites IRL just so they can post a picture of themselves to facebook. I wish we could go back to like 1998 when we had the internet, but regular cell phones, and youtube was there but not commercialized.
