And calling Biden a socialist is ridiculous. Have you ever met a socialist, not a liberal, or even a leftist but a true socialist that like him?
Most people on the left hate him for being too centrist. He's against things like universal healthcare, limits on drug/ insulin prices so we all don't get ratfucked whenever we get such. Not to mention marijuana legalization, climate policy and much more

If you look at their coverage of his first presidential bid decades ago you'll note that plagiarism is apparently no longer as bad as your teachers told you and it will not impede your future success even if you are caught red handed.

The entire election came down to less than 600 votes in one state, Florida. Both sides had compelling court cases. And there was no decisive winner so neither side were trying to 'overturn" anything. Only someone very stupid would think 2020 is the same situation.
