McRib, the fast-food sandwich that went viral before viral was a thing, is back.
McDonald's is bringing back its barbecue slathered sandwich with the cult following on Dec. 2 for the the first time in eight years — for a limited time of course.
The McRib is an elusive prize for adherents, who scour the internet for reports of its surfacing at limited locations, and for a short amount of time. There is even a website called the McRib Locator, created to spread the word about McDonald's restaurants that are offering the boneless pork sandwich served with slivered onions and pickles on top.

8 years that's bullshit. Even though I don't go to McDonald's very often, I stopped at one a year or two while traveling. They had a handwritten sign taped to the door that said McRib's 2 for $5. That sounded like a deal so I bought 2.

When I first ate a McRib back in 1981 I remember I actually liked them. Since then however each time they reappear they have been progressively less appealing. The last one I had a year or so ago was so revolting I had to ask myself why I ever thought I liked the things.

Similar manufacturing process as the McNugget. Small meat scraps molded together and bound with a vegetable based adhesive to create that fake shape. It’s tasty but kind of gross when see how it’s processed. Enjoy!

Making a "McRib" at home is easier than making a hamburger. Boneless pork chops, BBQ sauce, nice rolls and some pickles.
Pound/tenderize the pork chop, sprinkle with salt and pepper, fry on the stove, smother with BBQ and let rest. Put it on a roll and top with pickles. Easy peasy and it will taste one million percent better than that shit at McDonalds.

That is great! I started making something similar to McRib at home when they stopped selling it, but it wasn't the same. There is no way to find exactly the same sauce. Nevertheless, you can prepare a chili sauce or a garlic one. Most important thing is to buy fresh qualitative meat. Click here if you want to learn more about meat, how to choose it, cook, and so on.
