What is the problem with the 8th District numbers. It includes Arlington, Alexandria and the Route 1 corridor. It was drawn by a Republican controlled legislature to pack as many Democrats in as possible in hopes of making other districts more Republican friendly. Besides why is 70% for Trump in the 9th believable, but 70% for Biden in the 8th not?

WRONG. the numbers above do not omitt any of the data. the cd8 number of votes was given by the virginia elections board directly.

fairfax and VEB posted "72%" for fairfax - but with most of Cd8 inside fairfax it must have been like 55% (because cd8 had 96% the rest of fairfax must have only 1/2 voted). but taken at the cd level county the rought estimate is 85% turnout for all of fairfax. they don't add up.

CD8 had about 96% turnout which is "national alarm bells" high

there's no way around that the numbers are clear, are from VEB and good population demographic data
