Why doesn't everyone set up a GoFundMe & we can all donate to one another until we all get several million $$

If everyone in the country sets up a GoFundMe & we all just donate a dollar to each other, we could all end up with several million dollars. The dollar would have to be distributed a certain way & we would all probably have to donate at least a couple dollars a couple different ways to to even out the money, but I think if we could create an algorithm, we could all make each other millionaires.
