This great news! Florida was the state that set he highest infection rate!
I was a afraid the surges in Wisconsin and Texas can't be matched but now we have Florida back competing again!
The great part about Florida reving up COVID infections is a lot of tourists will soon be heading to Florida. Those tourist can then bring back the new second wave of COVID to their home states.

Why Florida is re-opening fully is complete mystery. Florida has the highest death rate from COVID and set the all the time record for COVID infections.
The cure coming down from 15,000 infection to 3000 infections a day is no reason to re-open. It's the third largest infection rate in the USA.
