It will come and go with nod disturbance. Trump has his share of crazy supporters that are ignored at his rallies. Meade will be just another one of them.

Ill say I'm from the trump reelection committee and offer him $5000 to bring his keyboard and play outside. Then, assuming he isn't told to get lost then and there, he'll perform and spend the next six months pestering trump to pay him.

How much would $5000 affect his SSI?

It completely goes away if he earns more than $20,000 a year. He wants to avoid that at all costs, so he refuses to work at all.
