That is just an excerpt from his Sunday vlog.

As a live performance, Meade cuts it off right at the end...

Is it because no applause sounded better than one person giving a pity clap?

Look at that Germanic build! Meade is a great entertainer. I do see a lady eating her muffin inside and a few people coughing so there's an audience!
