It’s that time of year again. The end of summer is upon us and it’s only natural that we anticipate what life might be like in the upcoming months. Winter in Virginia is notorious for being, well, unpredictable at best. Every Fall people say yeah this Winter is going to be the worst Winter in a thousand years for the DMV. The truth is in the DMV area we have often have several years of mild Winters followed by several years of bad Winters or any combination in between.
