I quit! It took me 10 minutes. My sensory issues were bothering me but I was willing to tough it out. When I got to the break room they had a huge BLM sign on the wall, more like a mural.. That was it for me. I said all lives mater, I quit. Walked away. Its not worth the drive. I can do better!

Have you had any jobs outside Government work?
I have known all my bosses political beliefs.

Meade is a man of principle, he'd rather starve than be part of some crazy mind washing scheme. Warehouse work is belittling to him but the poster was the end, he would have stuck it out if not for that damn poster. Damn good reason to quit. Wonder what his next adventure will be though. Eventually he'll find something that is honorable, je is a Blue Blood and that has to stand for something. Never see Prince Charles working in some warehouse or Prince Phillip/

In most of company and customer locations, most have only a handful of employees, and at my main 3 places I’m at every day have mostly hard working Latinos who do t bullshit around, or feel entitled. They are grateful for their jobs and just keep going with no crying about work, “dat ain’t muh job”, “there ain’t enough of Latinos here”, bullshit, no cryin about shit, they know were are all there to work and not to point out why there’s not enough any color, only blacks do that.

All business owners have political beliefs, but it is best not to promote those ideas. It is preferable to establish a "no political activity" policy in the workplace. If standards are not enforced evenly the employer run afoul of the National Labor Relations Act.
In Maryland during the 90 days prior to an election, employers are forbidden from exhibiting in the workplace any threat intended to influence the political opinions or actions of employees. Meade of course is in VA which has no such law.

He needs to try a Temp Agency. He does have some college under his belt. Lot of openings for Order Pickers, can he operate a forklift? He might be over qualified for some jobs though. Park Dept or highway dept might appeal to him. No heavy lifting, and highly respected.

I run a small SaaS company and my marketing girl had to put the whole black square on our instagram page. It's just part of doing business, none of us actually give two shits about some violent negro.

He has no work ethic, no perceivable talent and no interest in working. He expects to get a job at some christian TV show or christian college, but even THEY would think he's a nut, because most of them there are closet atheists.

A good friend of mine quit a job a year or so ago on his first day for very similar reasons. However, he had a pretty resume and had another job within a few weeks.
