Yep, Seeing as you are an old hand at demonstrating a lack of redeeming social life, what time is the coffee break?

As a business owner, it's anytime I want.

Usually fat kids have fat parents. I see them all the time, like little tribes of fat people.

It's because parents bring buckets of fat-laden crap home for everyone to eat. See a fat parent and odds are they are stuffing their kids' faces full of Big Macs and Egg McMuffins every chance they get.

True, it's really irresponsible of the parents to let the children eat whatever they want and it should be considered neglect.

Ha!

My kids are all thin. I didn't overly monitor their food intact; I just never had much food in the house in the first place. Diet is only part of the equation, though. My kids are very active. They weren't in daycare, taking naps and eating snacks. They were playing outside, climbing trees, riding bikes, etc. Genetics also play a role. My kids are naturally athletic and have fast metabolisms. It was funny when they'd go for their annual checkups. The well visit report would include what percentile the child's height and weight fell into. My kids' would look something like this:

Height: 60%
Weight: 15%

I, too, was thin as a child. In middle school when the girls started developing, some even starting to complain about their weight, I was trying to gain weight so I could catch up. My mother would say, "Dear, the women in our family are late bloomers." Late bloomers? Thanks Mom, knowing that makes it so much easier when you're 13 but look like you're 10.

Another DUH story. Too much TV is bad for toddlers.

Thank you, eesh, for trying to help, but I think I'll just stick with what I've got.

This program sounds too risky for me.

Thank you, bloody blisters.

I must say, I'm truly overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity you and others have displayed regarding my little problem.

I will peruse the BRA literature and if this looks like a fit, I will get in touch with you.

One question:

Is this therapy based on the AT&T "reach out and touch someone" philosophy?
