If no person receives a majority of electoral votes it goes to the House. The House though is limited in its choice to among the top THREE candidates in the Electoral College voting. As things stand now it is unlikely that Pelosi would receive any electoral college votes, so she would not be among the candidates that the House could choose. The next thing is that even if she was, the voting in the House is not by representatives but by states. New York or California with all their representatives would be entitled to cast the same number of votes as Wyoming. While there is a clear majority of Democrats in the House there will likely be a majority of Republican states. That means if the election goes to the House, it will be four more years of President Trump.
