Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and have to piss

Once I piss I can't seem to fall back asleep until it's almost time to get up.

If I don't drink anything before bed it seems to make me piss even more! Wtf.

i always wake up 1 hour before my alarm to take a piss. then i fall back asleep.

You might be on your way to contracting diabetes.

You should see a doctor and get a get an A1C test.
