I believe he already had a school named after him, Trump University. How did that end up again?

The story is that Trump had his people talk to the governor of S. Dakota to see about putting his face on Mt. Rushmore. As ridiculous as that idea is, it does fit with Trump, who is stupid enough to believe that the governor of S. Dakota would have anything to do with Mt. Rushmore.

For you trumptards out there who have a similar level of intelligence, Mt. Rushmore is a federal monument and the governor of S. Dakota would have no authority to put Trump on the mountain even if she wanted to.

It wasn’t a school or a university. It was a real estate seminar and it was conducted out of rented conference spaces. One of those deals where you have to give them your credit card info and then they constantly try to sell you things during the conference.

And like all things Trump, it was a complete failure and subject to fines and nasty lawsuits. Trump even went so far as to accuse one of the judges of being a “mexican”.

Mount Rushmore is a National Park. The Governor of South Dakota may be able to influence the decision, but has no say. Also IIRC current law says no Federal funds can be spent to add another face to the monument.

The real story is Trump is trying to pay off some people to get his face on Rushmore.

Goes to show how stupid Trump is. First, there is a reason other presidents aren't added. The rock face can't handle it.

Second, Trump would be last in line to be put on any monument.
