CONGRESS ORDERED TELEPHONE COMPANIES ALL MUST DO THAT AGES AGO
It was enacted by BILL CLINTON and it is a chinese policy. Phone companies filed suit that they shouldn't have to do it and certainly shouldn't have to pay for it.
BILL CLINTON also enacted the "thought police", arresting people for crimes they were considering doing (beyond planning armed bank robbery which already was illegal). THIS ALSO IS A CHINA POLICY. People began arresting people for what "they thought they were thinking" after that.
IT BECAME KNOWN AFTER THAT PHONE COMPANIES LISTEN TO PHONES THAT ARE TURNED OFF - so many evidences in court came in claiming the perp had "mistakenly dialed police" that people just knew
IT THEN ALSO became known that ASIAN MADE CABLE TV BOXES had physical microphones inside them and were used for eves dropping as well, that the cable tv provider (like cox, 1/2 owned by bill gates?)
THE FCC (also SEC) has only been a factory of excuses for some decades now.

CELL PHONES were mentioned ("butt dialing" is fake - 911 is listening to certain phones 24/7 while they are OFF)
PC COMPUTERS were not yet mentions. Most people have PC or Laptop with asian parts and running Microsoft. We saw Micrsooft above: admitted empoyees spied on users and downloaded data from consumer computers. They also own chunks of companies that send out cable tv boxes that spy on you. HARDWARE DRIVERS ARE ALL ASIAN, with a little usa Intel aside. that means asians have 100% access to every level of security on your computer.
PC COMPUTERS, you can bet, are used BY THE DEMOCRAT PARTY, by "911", by companies run by demcocrats (google) TO SPY ON YOU as well as all the other spy channels named above
George Bush said the power to do so was "a wartime power only" (the same is true for previous presidents)
but not Obama - who decided this was an edge Democrats could use for stalking republicans and poor peo[ple (screw them twice - bill them for monitoring them then local business can't afford to hire anyone, then also use the same for arresting them)
for a country out of work, they certainly seem to have "a rot of ideas"
