If you watch CNN morning shows, 7ooAM or 8AM, Poppy's show. Sometimes they mention annoying things like this. After 9AM on, you probably won't hear unpleasant news like this on John King or Wolf's show. Jake might or might not mention "red herrings" like this.

They did have that Liberal Judge who had her son killed as he answered the door, very sad segment, Mom was crying and so was Brianna. Did not, in fact, never as far as I remember interview any Black parent whose child was fatality shot in the Chicago cross fire. Don't know if this is deliberate or coincidence. Had the Black guy George, who was killed while resisting arrest mother talking plenty of times on CNN. That was nice.

He used the Defense Production Act to rapidly produce ventilators and PPE, taking less than 2 months to resupply both and alleviate the shortages.
He formed a task force, headed up by the VP, that includes all the "experts" in both government and the medical community regarding infectious disease. He has taken almost all their advice and recommendations according to both Fauci and Birx.
There are dozens of other things Trump and his administration has done over the past 4 months (yeah, it's only been 4 months), but the above gives any rational person enough to see Trump has used all the things he has at his disposal.
To do more than what Trump has done, he'd have to implement martial law and federalize the entire country. This crisis nowhere near warrants such a move.
