Not be registered and plan to vote in another state.
Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law.
If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored.

Him and McCartney are the best of "just good people", never heard a bad thing about both back in the day. All the Rolling Stones; Beach Boys;Fleetwood Mac; Jefferson Airplane's Grace Slick; and Doors lead singer were always in the news about shenanigans and monkey shines. Oh and of course Keith Moon and crazy as hell Allman Brothers Band
