VERY RIGHT!
In the past funding for the arts mean giving a struggling artist just enough so they could produce work and SELL IT TO PAY RENT.
Today: MANY who produce NOTHING get food stamps and welfare money (VIA OBAMA - WHO GIVES PRIVATE SAVINGS (social security) TO ILLEGAL ALIENS (who attacked our country tried to kill us or depleat our savings))
SO THESE PEOPLE - including artists - ARE ALREADY GETTING ART FUNDING.
They don't need more they shouldn't get more.
Welfare is the limit of hitting bottom. If they want more they should engage in activity that produces more: such as getting PAID FOR SELLING ART.

An artist might get $800 for a nice painting
* $50 for materials
* $250 for rent
* $100 for groceries
* $??? for clothing and soap
* but OBAMA says anyone, even an illegal alien who has a government job, gets all that even if they don't make art !!!
so: #1 art is impossible #2 democrats take money off the top
it "may be" impossible to produce art IN THE CITY because cost of living is too high (in other words, the economic rent in the city is too high for art to be produced, artists should be in lower cost areas which may make landlords suffer but ... landlords deserve it!)

(the buildings are charted as "being necessary to aid poor artists to sell their art, and for community democrat improvement"). improvement to corrupt politicians is what it should say on the legislation.
