William Moreno is the poster referenced in the title. Ironically Moreno is poor, having drained his parents' savings and contributed to his mother losing her security clearance. William has spent the money he received in an insurance settlement several years ago and now lives on government assistance. William is shunned by his siblings and the rest of his family and lives with his elderly and similarly deranged mother. William is famous for attempting to project his own failures and shortcomings onto his adversaries, but he fails.

William Morneo is a poor, lonely, depressed faggot with no credit. His adversaries Peep, eesh, Katie, lizzie, etc. -- not so much.
