Death Tax had been illegal in the USA.

(likely during CLinton presidency) the law was altered: IRS charged you for "income" you recieved from a dead person. WHICH IS AN ILLEGAL DEATH TAX according to the Founding Fathers

the rich have long gotten away with CHARGING THE POOR A DEATH TAX while using loopholes for the RICH TO ESCAPE THE SAME
