NBC 4: "In Late Reversal, Virginia Gov. Northam Moves to Keep Limits on Bars"

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is taking a late step to keep people from gathering at bars as the state prepares to enter Phase 3 of its reopening amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The governor said Tuesday the state's restaurants will not be allowed to fully reopen their bars as previously planned."

Both NBC4 and Fox pulled the story from the AP. It was written by an AP writer, not someone at NBC4 or Fox.

Fox cites the AP at the beginning of the article - "RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Virginia Governor ..."

NBC4 cites the AP at the end of the article - "Copyright AP - Associated Press"

I was watching Ch4 yesterday trying to get the weather. At the point where the weather map was displayed, the niggress with an afro the size of Mars blocked the entire map. I guess Ch4 has decided that "natural hair" for coons is allowed, but we are going to have to change the channel if we want the weather.
