#1 the cash isn't part of a legal dispute - the legality of the wall has been decided (ie, it is not for one judge to overturn, CERTAINLY NOT)

#2 it's illegal to seize cash before a trial, it's called "escrow" and it's illegal*

(the only conditions allowing is if the "item in question" (property cash etc) is believed (but not proven) to be stolen and time sensitive - like fruit in a fruit truck going bad, or like cash being held by an opium who is being held on drug charges - situations where if the judge doesn't seize the money it will disappear. HOWEVER - there is absolutely 0 chance of 2 billion federal and military money disappearing UNLESS A DEMOCRAT JUDGE HAS STOLEN IT)

#3 IT'S A SURE THING DEMOCRATS WILL NEVER GIVE THE CASH BACK UNLESS FORCED TO AGT GUN POINT

escrow is illegal (for 2,000 years it has been) for two reason:

* legal injury by false prosectution

* corrupt government and judges

* because if it's yours the government shouldn't ever have their hands on it FOR ANY REASON

Nancy Pelosi said in the news she'd sell Trump rights to build the wall if Donald signed DEMOCRAT LEGISLATION that included: OPEN BORDER

THAT'S FRAUD and approaching the president with a fraudulent deal - extorting him actually. SHE and her "partners" SHOULD BE IN JAIL SIMPLY FOR THAT MOVE ALONE.

this story has holes in it

Trump would never allow democrats to "hold on to 2 billion dollars for him", thus saying democrats froze the money sounds like a lie. He would no more hand california democrats 2 billion in wall funds than he'd trust a dog to protect a steak.

on the other hand, the Constitution is extremely clear Congress will fund the protection of American denizens from foreign invasions and who controls the protection of the people and the funds allocated

Of course none of you know what you're talking about. There's no "escrow". The Court froze the funds, meaning the relevant government department holding the funds is prohibited from spending them. The court has not stolen or taking anything. The democrats aren't taking the money. If the decision is upheld by the Supreme Court, the money will get spent on what congress said it should be spent on. This court decided that congress did not authorize this money to be spent on a border wall.

This is what's called the "rule of law", something Trump and the trumptards disagree with.

And btw, the decision of the panel was 2-1, with the dissenting judge being a Trump appointee. No surprise there.

Donald Trump takes money that Congress authorized for other purposes and diverts it to funding the wall because Congress won't give him wall funding. Trumpians say that is OK. Judge refused to let Trump used diverted funds for building the wall. Trumptardz say its theft.

and you never hear how such a court could get $2 billioin of US MILITARY money - Trump money - or whether they've sent that money TO MEXICO to help jobs

(the fact is when Trump asked for the wall, Congresss - meaning fucking liberals - returned with a bill for $100 million donation to mexico to promote jobs in mexico)
