I live in the general area. As stated, Henrico is one of the richest counties in the Richmond area. Try doing a little homework before you spout off. You must be visiting the hood. Areas of Henrico that for all intents and purposes are pretty much Richmond's hood/projects that just happen to be on the Henrico side of the line, and even then, there were not a lot of homeless in those areas. Richmond embraces them; Henrico does not. Therefore, instead of being hassled, they walk a few streets over or just across the median into Richmond.
If you want to "see how that works," try doing a little research instead of speaking out of your ass again. There is plenty of history if you bother looking on why Henrico banned panhandling and it definitely was not because they were over run. Your "must have" and assumptions mean nothing
Your post makes absolutely no sense. You thank god you can go back to NOVA because people in Henrico ban panhandling like that is a bad thing and then deride them for being overrun with panhandlers???
On a side note, WTH are regularly visiting the hood with boarded up businesses? Also, what is your problem with the cemetery? Also, that cemetery is in Hanover, not Henrico. You run along, you are too ignorant to speak on this matter.
